Here is an example of motion graphic I made as a part of my course. This project was based on capturing hand gestures and interpreting them into a visual language, to then make a motion graphic. my phrase was "Wait, let's calm down and think of a better idea together!"
Shape - Shifter
This project reimagines the form and meaning of a broken umbrella, transforming it from a failed object of protection into a symbol of fragility and renewal. Inspired by Louise Bourgeois, I created clay and wire sculptures to explore the umbrella’s distorted shapes, later developing them into a stop-motion and digital animation. Using Adobe Animate and After Effects, I refined the motion, layering sound and texture to evoke an abstract, almost alien transformation. The final piece presents a once-familiar object as something entirely new, fluid, ambiguous, and conceptually charged.
